navi Problem

Hello guys iam anew guest with u
I'm from Saudi Arabia I bought genesis sedan 09 from America and there is no maps of the Middle Eastt and I have two questions :
1-Does the update maps DVD or Memory or Hardisek in genesis ?
2- Where it is in the car?

If it has tech package then a dealer has to load the maps onto the car's hard drive. If it has the touch screen then the owner can load disc onto the hard drive. In both, the navi runs from a hard drive and is configured for each continent.

Thank you my friend, but here the agent refuses to receive the car because he is not from the same country and secondly where harddrive is in the car

The hard drive is integrated into the head unit in the dash. It is not accessible for owners or dealers. When there is a hard drive problem the complete unite must be replaced in the dash.
