I want to update the maps on my 2011 4.6.

I've purchased the disc set and already done the software update but the map update requires a dealer authorization code. The dealer doesn't seem particularly interested in doing the install and won't give me a firm quote, nor will they give me the code. I really don't want to pay 3 hours shop labour for a tech to swap 3 DVDs.
I've contacted a second dealer who at least has done some looking for me but haven't heard from them in some days.
Anybody have a suggestion? I may call the dealer that sold the car new to see if they'll help.
