  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I didn't keep my trial of the Google location input thing. A) I can just do that on my phone for free and put in the address (or use my phone navigation). B) I don't feel like paying what should've been free with the long awaited Android Auto.

Anyways, is there a way to use my voice to input addresses into the nav system, or is typing it in the only way now?

Thanks.

Supposedly, you can use voice commands, but I have not been able to get my nav to work by either typing or speaking addresses. I've had my car for almost a month, and never got it to work. Will address this next time I'm at the dealer.

My voice command works, but it's so god-awful slow and inaccurate that I NEVER use it. I don't even use the navigation, I prefer to use Waze or Google Maps on my phone which is hung right below the nav screen, much less frustrating.

I like to use the car and Google at the same time. Then me and the wife make fun of the Hyundai nav and see how many miles out of the way it's trying to take us...
