NEED HELP REMOVING THE FRONT BUMPER WITH HEADLAMP WASHERS/PARKING SENSORS!!!!

I was driving from a friends house one day and cats decided to run in front my vehicle, causing me to run over it, because there is no way I am swerving out of the way and potentially hitting something. Months later, to now today I have an available front bumper cover that can be installed. My only obstacle right now as of this moment is just i do not know how to take out the headlight washers or parking sensors to remove the bumper and replace it.Can anyone out their provide me a guide, instructions or pictures on what I have to do? I can seem to find anything that can help me get those components out of the way, and I really don't want to have to go to a dealership or shop just for that!
 
Pry out the headlight washers with a plastic tool. Don’t be afraid, the slight tension you’re feeling is what keeps the washer in place. Lift the plastic tabs from the covers and the washer arm retracts when you’re done.
 
Didn't even know headlight washers were available on this car - guessing it's ultimate package? What didn't they put in that thing.
