  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

So I got the car almost 2 months ago and I am the 2nd owner along with my wife. The issue is the radio only shows the hyundai logo on the display. Please help because neither the dealership nor the Hyundai place nearest us are wanting to handle this situation.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery to reset everything?

Press and hold the reset button until system resets itself. It's a pinhole on the A/V system just above the cd slot.

Ok so I don’t know if it makes a difference but it’s the whole media system that’s like that and there isn’t a hole to reset

God help you if your head unit is gone and you can't swap it out yourself.

If you can find a Hyundai dealership to do the variant coding I would maybe try to find a unit and put it in yourself. The actual install is not that hard - just nuts and bolts. There's a youtube video to help you.

It like a little pin size hole... it’s there
