  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello! I am Aaron and I’ve been a 23’ 3.3t G70 owner for a few months now and I’m loving it. The one thing I haven’t been able to figure out is how to setup both the key card and digital key. I have an iPhone so I am unable to find what would be the Android app for the digital key.

Regarding the key card, I bought this vehicle preowned with 4000 miles as it was a service loaner for a dealership. I read something about having to take it the nearest dealership to get it activated which is like 4-5 hours from me.

Any help will be greatly appreciated for setting up these two key alternatives.

For the NFC key card, place the card on the wireless charge pad and:

Press [Settings] > [Vehicle] > [Digital Key] > [NFC Card Key] > [Register] > [Save] from the navigation screen.

And for the phone - unfortunately, iphones won't work for digital on the '23 G70.

BTW - the card should already be programmed to the car if it was in there when you bought it.

Mine is not programmed. The question is: Can this be done by an individual or does it have to be done at Genesis dealership. Can it be done by a Hyundai dealer?

You should be able to do it yourself. You need both keys in the car, then go to Setup - Vehicle - Digital Key - Card Key - place card on wireless charger pad, and hit Save.
Make sure you delete anything in there first before trying to save the new card.
