Need help with my 2016 Genesis

The display screen for gps, radio etc is blank. When I turn my car on the Genesis blue link logo shows but the screen remains blank. I am also unable to see anything when in reverse. PLEASE HELP

First thing to do is tray a reset. On the front of the radio, towards the right there is a small hole. With a ball point or paper clip, push it in to reset the system.

If that does not solve it, I'm out of ideas and a fix can be expensive.
