Need help with siriusxm navagation.

I bought my 2015 sedan last fall. The navigation has never automatically loaded. I have to do a "Refresh Signal" every time I use the car. When I first noticed, I called SiriusXM and they sent the refresh signal. They told me it could take a month till it would auto load. I purchased a subscription to all SiriusXM and still no auto load. I now send my own refresh signal from the app. When I start the car SiriusXM music is always on. The rest of SiriusXM Navagation is listed as unsubscribed, and I subscribed last fall. When I call SiriusXM, they only know how to send a refresh signal. Has anyone experienced this? How did you remedy this?

Can you please describe exactly what function you expect from Sirius navigation. I have not heard of such a thing. Can you please also include a screen shot that shows unsubscribed

I don't know anything about Sirius navigation but I do have a suggestion
You can do a radio reset. It has help others with assorted problems. Use a paper clip or ball pen point to push in the tiny hole on the front of the radio,

You can also do a refresh from the Sirius web site instead of calling.

SiriusXM suggested I have the dealership restart the radio, dealership gave me instructions by phone and I did it myself. I currently have a shortcut on my smartphone to get me to "Refresh Signal" fast.

When using navagation for turn by turn directions, navagation works with Google to track your location. When SiriusXM Traffic is activated, traffic is added to tracking/directions. Helps avoid traffic jams. The roadways, on the map, will be lined with green/yellow/red indicating traffic flow. Image of my map shows no color coded traffic information.
