I love my 2021 G80.. but
The car electrical systems has failed at 11k miles and car is stuck
Called Genesis certified program corporate number for help towing the car to the dealer
They said call back as emergency weather is an issue all over the USA.. That message apparently has been in place for months
Took a long time to get a real person - every auto choice took you back to the opening menu choice
Eventually arranged for my car to be towed the nearest dealer
However called the dealer and they would not take the car as no appointments available for several weeks
So can not arrange for a tow in advance . So will have to call back ahead of dealer appointment
I can see it all going bad again in a few weeks..
ie the tow fails to get the car out of garage and to the dealer on-time . Then of course there will be again no appointment available for weeks
So without a car for weeks... no offer of any other alternative
The contrast to my recent Lexus service is so stark.. they offered to come pick up my car for service
