  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

After owning four G80s and a GV80, actually two Hyundai Genesis's and two G80's, I just took delivery of a new 2024 with Prestige trim. I was surprised the vehicle did not have a heads-up display, The 2024's in the early YouTube reviews had them. I know the 2023 Prestige's did, since there was only one trim level. A white 2024 Prestige on the lot also did not. I wanted a black or gray exterior, so the dealer contacted a Genesis dealer in MA to arrange a transfer to my dealer in the Buffalo Area. The call to the MA dealer was made about 2-3 in the afternoon, and the car was delivered the next morning at 9!

Does anyone have a 2024 with the heads-up display?

I have been reading the myriad of manuals, and I still have not found out what the solid orange circle light indicates on the dash. I am not referring to the blinking red one.

I have the 2023 and the orange light indicates that the high-voltage battery is charging up the 12 V auxillary battery. Usually happens right after you turn off the car. The aux battery is used to power everything you need when the car is off (e.g., door locks, interior lights, cameras, starter, etc).

That's odd they would have dropped the Head's Up Dsiplay in 2024. I love having that feature on my 2023.
