We just opened a new section based on a suggestion by BaywayRic. All topics with subject matter that needs interaction from a Hyundai dealership will be moved into this area:

Topics cannot be started there. As we (the team) see new topics with issues pop up, they'll be moved into this new area. As the issues are taken care of by Hyundai, they'll be moved back out into the original/appropriate section.
