  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I had to have a new head unit installed about a month ago. The bad news was that I had to re-enter all my addresses and phone numbers. The good news the new head unit had the newer map on it .

When looking through the various displays, I noticed that on 'system setting' (maybe 'car settings') there were two selections I never noticed on the original.

Car Height and
Suspension

Is this something that will be coming on a future Genesis?

The adjustable air suspension has been an available option on all KDM (Korean Domestic Market) Genesis sedans since day one. Your dealer should have changed the setup on the new unit so you don't see that option, since it is not available on a North American Genesis.

Thank you for the information....guess I'll have to wait a little longer for a new Genny.
Not sure what you mean. Are you expecting the North American Genesis to some day get an adjustable air suspension option? I guess it is possible when the next major redesign is available for MY 2014 or 2015, but I would not count on it in North America. The Equus has an adjustable air suspension.

Personally, I would have the dealer fix your display so it is set up correctly for North American Genesis.

Thanks TIMEOUT for the info.

I think I'll take the advice suggesting that I take it back to the dealer. Maybe I'll show him the instructions shown in your post.

And Mark888, Yes, I was thinking about upcoming models of Genesis. I don't want to spend all my kids' inheritance on a Equus.
