NEw member with a couple of questions:

1. Does the alarm set automatically when you walk away with the key or does it have to be set manually?
2. Is there a "buy/sell/trade" section available on the forums. I have looked but if there is one - I am missing it.

For #1 no but when you lock the door the alarm will set...

I use the door button rather than the key fob (I never use the key fob, just stays in my pocket)
