Hi gang!!

Just bough 2012 genesis 3.8L

Have numerous questions.

1. How do I fix the homelink? How do I know if I need rolling numbers???

2. Can the annoying starting music be turned off???

3.Is there a way to make so when I don't start the engine just turn the equipment on, the seat and the wheel wouldn't move??

4.Does it comes with the ipad/iphone cord, b/c i couldnt find it.

1. if you look at the garage opener, sometimes it says security + or something like that to suggest it has rolling codes. otherwise, you just follow instructions for normal opener, and if it doesn't work, then try the procedure for rolling codes.

2. i have the 2011 so no music for me.

3. i changed the setting so that the seats never move.

4. ipod cable is an option. if you didn't pay for it, then you don't have it.

check in the trunk. Dealer probably left it in a plastic bag sitting on top of or near the spare tire.

Music on startup? Odd. My 2009 doesn't do that.

Something that has helped me a lot is a pdf of the car manuals. The manuals for your car can be downloaded from the Hyundai website. Then to find an answer regarding your car just do a word seach of the pdf. Finding information is then fast and easy.
