  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Traded in my 2012 Genesis (Base) for a 2011 Equus (Ultimate). Both were CPO, 1 Owner with less than 26,000 miles. I owned the Genesis for about 6 months. It was a solid daily driver. No complaints. I test drove the Equus and fell in love. The interior is flawless. The Casablanca White paint is my favorite "big" car color. I've added the flying horse hood ornament which adds to the upscale presence. Several drivers and passerbys ask what it is. Many are surprised when they find out it is a Hyundai. Looking forward to many enjoyable miles.:)

Congratulations on your upgrade! The Equus is a fine automobile...

What are some of the pros and cons with the Equus when you compare it to the Genesis? Congrats on the purchase, beautiful car.

Also, let's see some pictures!

Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to fully enjoy the Genesis. I only drove it for a month due to a horrible motorcycle accident for which I spent 3 months in the hospital. I am still recovering and haven't driven the Equus yet. But I am enjoying the riding in the passenger seat. Looking forward to getting behind the wheel in the future.
