Love having the app in the car now, only disappointed that it can't be accessed when driving. My wife thinks there should be an override option for the passenger...

Hopefully Hyundai will keep adding new apps, I think this is the 5 app now that I've seen.

I totally agree with you, I think it would make more sense if it would work while driving since you would have to stop somewhere to use the App!

The car already knows if there's a person in the front passenger seat because of the sensor that turns on or off airbag deployment in the case of an accident. If there's a passenger in the seat, then the app should be available to use while the car is in motion.

This app is not available in the Ultimate, just checked this AM after seeing your post (not that I think Yelp is a great app, anyhow). Personally, I think they'd be better off to drop all the app development and figure out Android Auto/Carplay (if even possible for 2015/2016).
