  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey,

I'm living in Utah, and some of dealer still have 2009 and 2010 Genesis V6 Tech package one. (MSRP : $41,850)

I know between 2009 & 2010 have some difference (suspension, smart cruise ,electronic parking brake, touch screen navigation)

Here is dealer's offer :

One of dealer offer - $31,000 + TTL = around $34,000 for 2009 Genesis V6 Tech
Another dealer offer - $36,000 +TTL for 2011 Genesis V6 Tech
and -$33,000 + TTL for 2010 Genesis V6 Tech.

I saw those three car, they are cool!

I think, I will go for 2009 cuzinterior is black but leather wrapped dash is saddle! Black & Saddle combination looks so cool!

I like 2010 - Touch screen! but interior is just black.

How about price???

$31,000+ TTL = $34000 is still high??? (I'll just pay with cash).

Currently, I'm driving 2006 Toyota Solara, here is my car domain

Oh, these are not Demo.

They are all under 100 miles.

I will not trade, just cash.

I would go for the 2010. 2010 and 2011 models are identical. Your warranty will start on the day you purchase the vehicle as well. $31,000 for the 2009 is an amazing deal as well because one of the dealers tried to sell me one for a lot higher. The lowest they were willing to go was $31,900 before I walked out. It also had over 700 miles on it too.

Go for the 2010. I have an 09 that was built in June 09 and I have no issues with the suspension. I'm also used to using the rotary that controls the NAV screen. With the reach to hit the screen, touching the screen would take more effort and greater distraction.

Well, I just bought a 2010 4.6 2 weeks ago, sticker $43,285. It had 14,000 miles, and I paid $28,400. I wasn't really interested in a demo, but the deal seemed good so I grabbed it. What do you think?

I think you got a great deal. I am trying to get a used Genesis 3.8 with tech but most dealerships around me in South Cali are charging way too much. A 2009 3.8 with tech around 15000 miles and they are trying to get $35000. This is Puente Hills Hyundai and they have the most Genesis's in stock because they are charging too much and they will never leave the lot at their prices. I may have to wait another year to get a Genesis because they are still going for high 20k. I am waiting for low 20k up to 25k
