Well Ladies and Gents the bh 5.0 handles nos like a champ! I have a custom tune with retarded timing for a 125 wet shot and have been successfully spraying with the genny for almost three years now! Don’t be afraid to push the platform! Best time to date is an 11.8 1/4 mile and that was sub par conditions. Locking the brakes at 1000ft due to oncoming car traffic. With the proper modifications there is no reason why these platforms could not handle higher hp applications

Nothing to do engine wise other than making sure you have a tune with retarded timing at WOT. Free up the exhaust as much as possible to allow for the extra cylinder pressure to escape easily. I have 3” from the manifolds back with straight through mufflers (magnaflow). Get sticky tires and a trans tune to make the most of it. Ive done an 11.4 so far and I haven’t even taken the seats out im at about 4260 weight
