Not rare, but apparently popular enough that they are hard to keep in stock.

Eventually they will adjust the manufacturing so that they make the colors that are in demand.

If you went to Arizona, it might be easier to find one. A black exterior is not as popular in places like Phoenix (for obvious reasons).

3 weeks and I just found out that black/black tech 4.6 is super ultra rare locally. I was not going to settle with black/black v6 tech so I decided to go with Black/Saddle V8 tech

I love saddle, but I decided on silver and it doesnt work for silver in my opinion. Black/saddle is a great combo if you ask me!

There was 1 in the state, I had to drive 3 hours to the dealer that had it but I was able to get a 4.6 /w Tech Black/Black the black interior has the brown leather dash insert, I was told newer 09 builds will have the leather insert also in black. If that is correct you may need to look for an early build 09 if you want the brown leather insert.

I was told I purchased the first one in the Philadelphia area. I had a black/black 3.8 with premium and made the dealer swap me into the 4.6 black/black with tech. The body style and black color are are a great match for this car.

I live in Phoenix and I wanted all black interior, didn't really care for the exterior color, and there was only 1 in the state.

Yeah it is crazy, you would have thought black interior is easier to find because it is very classy. I don't mind saddle interior though. The seats and everything else will be saddle.

I was luck enough to purchase a b/b 4.6 tech... it was the only one in the entire region and I am glad I waited for what I wanted... the best looking car in the neighborhood... I love hearing, "That's a Hyundai?" It's awesome

I have the first b/b 4.6 tech in western Canada. It looks even better when parked next to a S class Benz!

Yeah at first, I thought black/black v8 loaded would be the no brainer for Hyundai to make. If you are going to put out a small number of V8s, you gotta go with what color combination out there that proved works. Luxury cars such as benz, bmw, and many other are sold mostly on black/black combo (based on my observation). Hyundai needs to do the same. I don't going with saddle interior either. I think saddle is classy but I wanted black to be a safer bet. You can't really go wrong with black.
