There is no crank. They use electric starts now to turn over the motor to start.

There are many reasons the modern cars with electric starters don't work.

Dead or weak battery
Dirty battery connection
Corroded connection on the starter
Bad relay on the starter button
Dead starter motor.

The more information you give the better answer you will get. Start with the battery Age? Other things working?
 
I just experienced this same issue. Dash lights up and screen turns on, but no "crank" (no response from engine).

Genesis Roadside towed it to the dealer on Thursday. They haven't looked at it yet, but my guess is the starter.
