  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey everyone. First post. Proud owner of a fully loaded 2015 3.8. Is there no search function on this forum?

I have a 120GB iPod Classic. Every time I leave the car and come back it starts playing the very first song over. It doesn't remember where it left off. Nothing in the manual I could see. First car I've owned that does this.

Thanks,

Tony

I have 2011 and my will keep memory for about an hour, but then it goes back to the first song. I think it is because it does not power the iPod when the car is off, then reinitializes it when you start up.

Hmmmmmm. Is this a widespread issue? Certainly the folks at Hyundai know that the iPod is kind of a big deal! LOL Anyone with a 2nd gen care to pipe in?

Tbone- I replied in another thread, but that's standard Hyundai protocol when a device is first mounted.

Thanks, I saw that. I also just realized that when I'm on a mobile device there's no forum search function but from a PC it's there.

I just purchased a 128 GB USB flash drive and we'll see if that takes care of the problem.
