no lumbar or seat massage on 2011 ultimate

Just bought a 2011 equus ultimate from Hyundai dealer with 10k miles .........the drivers seat hassle no lumbar operation and the seat massager also doesn't work.....when pressing the buttons u can hear a noise like a compressor running but no change in the seat.......anybody have any ideas on what i could be overlooking.....just hate to take it back for the repair

Its under warranty, have the dealer fix it while giving you a free loaner to drive.

You don't have to take it back, have them pick it up and drop off a loaner to use. When it's fixed they'll return it.
