Upon reading up on this topic here it seems I'm not alone in the freezing/or not working at all Navigation screen. I can still adjust the temp controls and fan speeds (yet there is nothing on the screen) blue link button on the mirror does nothing.
No radio, no cd player, no ipod, no navigation, no blue link not even 6k miles. You gotta be kidding me? Of course everything closed up early for the Holidays so I'm out to Friday morning to just have them look at it.
This has happened before and usually just resetting the engine for a period of time would at least get the screen to come back up. Blue Link diagnostic report shows no issues.
