Bought my last 3 cars, including current 2015 Genesis 3.8, from Capital Hyundai over the past 8 years. Now the Stivers chain has purchased the dealership from the Sonic chain, and the excellent service staff I'm used to is all gone. For my recent 37,500 maintenance visit, I found service advisers and their boss who were clueless about the car and how the service system works. I've switched to Jim Hudson Genesis, located within the Hudson Hyundai facilities, with a separate Genesis showroom. Service was great, very efficient, and my prepaid plan was instantly accepted. It's a 10 mile drive instead of 3 miles, but heck, it's in a Genesis!
