I recently picked up a 2015 AWD w/Tech and ever since a dealer visit it has made the sound in this video:

I'm wondering, is this normal? Doesn't happen every time, I'd estimate roughly 20-30% of the time when I arrive home. It happens other places but much less frequently. I'm still tracking the sound to try to tie together when and why it happens.
I would greatly appreciate your feedback to know if your vehicle has ever done this.

More details:
I'd really like to know if it's a common thing or it's just my car. Since due to a completely bungled repair job of the unbalanced wheels/tires that came from the factory, I ended up reviewing my dash cam footage and found the dealership's techs shifted my car into drive or reverse (whichever was the other direction) without even coming close to a complete stop. They did this four times that I have on video. The first time was the worst, and that day was also the first time I noticed the noise you hear above.
I'm also curious to know if anyone else had unbalanced tires straight from the factory? One of mine was so bad they had to order a replacement tire.
The dealer called Hyundai's tech line and supposedly were told no damage can result from shifting between forward and reverse without stopping, which I think is complete BS without qualifying it with a speed. Or even a qualifying statement that it's fine because the transmission logic won't let you shift at speeds that will hurt it.
I pushed them for a new car but they seem to have finally fixed the balancing issue & addressed the myriad other problems I ran into. The only thing that's left is this transmission issue. Hyundai USA has it documented under a case #, but we both know if I end up having to sell the car a vehicle with a rebuilt transmission will be seen as a problem car and worth less.
If this noise is common and nothing to worry about, that would be great to know. If it's just me, then I've got some more work to do, but that's good to know too. If you were in my shoes, what would you do?
