Can anyone explain why my 2019 G90 has different size tires on the front (P245/45R19) and the back (P275/40R190)? I know what the numbers mean but I don't know WHAT the two different tire sizes are intended to accomplish? Can anyone clarify this for me (P245/45 in front and P725/40 in rear)?

This is called a "staggered tired setup". Typical within the Luxury car segment or vehicles with plenty of power and are rear wheel drive.
