  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

It is weird to see some parts discontinued considering it is a new model. I was considering buying the 3.3T rear bumper bottom pieces so I can install a dual exhaust but it says discontinued.

Since repair parts will be needed by body shops there has to be something to go there. Is there a new part design? Or perhaps it is now integrated with another assembly?

Not sure if everyone has seen this yet, but evidently this website now has OEM G70 parts available to order in the US... Very helpful for the DIY'ers like myself.

2019 Hyundai Genesis G70 Parts - HyundaiPartsDeal.com

Maybe sticky this thread?

I'm not saying this a bad website, but I want to make sure everyone that reads this thread understands something:

Hyundai/Genesis does NOT market directly to the consumer. Any website offering OEM parts, regardless of what it is named, is run by a dealership somewhere.

Again, this isn't neccesarily a bad thing, but it is something everyone should be aware of.

Remember that Hyundai needs to have enough stock to build G70s for the world. That will come first. Repair parts will come second, and these will need to be distributed to every market the cars are sold. If a part isn't available, dealerships have an ability to request a part directly from Korea. It's not a guaranteed thing and often takes weeks, but unless a part is specifically discontinued, it can be obtained eventually.

I am not a vendor, and I have no intention to become one so I can't offer deals or sales. But I don't mind looking stuff up. If you're interested, I can look up the parts and give you a better idea of availability and MSRP.

Some of these things could be for the 2019 G70 with either a different P/N for the 2020 models, or Genesis has switched to a different supplier for said part. Or, you may have to buy the bumper as a whole?

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
From what I have been able to dig up, that site is run by Autonation Hyundai North Richmond Hills, TX. From a quick skim through the catalog, it looks like anything that is Genesis specific is showing "discontinued". This would be because this dealer is not a Genesis dealer, and cannot get anything specific to the 2019 and newer Genesis models. They would still be able to get G80 and G90 parts, since those haven't changed for 2019.

^Good to know!!

No sticky for this thread! Haha.

Figured I'd take a look today. I can't seem to PM people; probably my post count is too low. But I guess this would help any future searches that find your original post.

All the parts are available and you'd be looking at a total MSRP of about $950 US. I don't know if the lower bumper is painted or if it comes that color. If it is painted, that would be an additional cost of course. There are 7 pieces plus screws and spring nuts: Lower bumper, "skid plate", moulding between the two, LH and RH skid plate inserts, and LH and RH exhaust trim.

Thanks! I will wait a few more months to see if someone comes up with an aftermarket single exhaust that bolts on to the 2.0T. If not, I will make this upgrade to my bumper since I do not want to cut through the bumper to get the dual exhaust in.

So quick little run down. I was goofing off and lost control and hit and guard rail in my g70. My rear bumper is all F'd up and the side behind the back door on the driver side. Any idea where I can find these parts?
