  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi everyone,

Genesis 2015 3.8 sedan

I changed the valve cover gasket on both sides and after that the car has little vibration. I looked to see any problem and I found on bank 1 (right side) have a disconnected sensor, but I have not found the cable to connect it. Should it be default disconnected?

I removed all liners attached to the firewall and didn't see any wires I taped the cell phone under the manifold and didn't see any loose wires.

I looked inside the genesis 3.8 2013 manual and it has a connection to it:

I scanned at auto parts and it gave the code p0079 it may be that a little oil fell in the connector of the solenoid on bank 1 because I did the test with the battery and it moved.
