Order in progress - Building look while waiting - looking to add wider tires

So we purchase the 2023 GV70 3.5T Sport Plus AWD. Would like to have a more sporty look by adding wider tires. Right now they come with 255/45/21. I'm looking to get front 265/45/21 and rear 295/45/21. Anyone knows if it is possible? I ask the dealer the question and all he could tell me is go after market. But before i would like to know if anyone knows if it's possible to dol?

note: the best part of alll this.; the girlfriend said she is paying for all this....she is so cool.....

Welcome aboard, Mike! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us! Congratulations on your brand new Genesis GV70! What will the GV70 be replacing for you?

I moved this topic into our GV70 forum as you're looking for assistance with wider tires. I also updated the title so that people who may be able to assist will know that this discussion is related to tires.

You might be able to go with a 265/45 and a 295/40, but not a 45. 45 aspect ratio on the rear is going to be too much of a difference in height, it'll burn up the transfer case. Going with a 45 and a 40 is much closer.

However, a 295 wide tire in the rear is recommended with a wheel at least 10" wide. The 21" wheels on the GV70 are only 9" wide.
