I purchased my Genesis at Orlando Hyundai, mainly because they had the car and color I wanted. (check two other Hyundai dealers, but no luck)
I am very happy with this dealership, as follows.
1. Sales Person (Cliff) was very easy going, and put me under NO pressure to buy. His Sales Managers were OK, and I paid slightly more than I thought I should, (car discounted $2000.00 but they first wanted to give me $2000.00 less than KBB trade value for my trade, but after talking with a Sales Manager, they relented and only gave me $1000.00 less for my trade than KBB says on a trade in value ---- so this means the same as giving me the KBB trade-in value for my car and discounting the Genesis $1000.00).
2. Went to a Service Seminar (where they give you information on servicing) and they served a great BBQ dinner. Chicken, Roast BBQ Beef, Beans, etc.
I made a couple requests from the Service Manager (Chuck) and he was very receptive of my requests and I believe he bent over backwards to make me happy. Very happy with him. Also met the three Service Writers, and the Lead Technician. Very happy with what they had to say. Before I forget, I asked the price of an oil change. Was told $26.95. I asked if they were sure as the Genesis takes 6 1/2 quarts, and they said that price is correct. (The Hyundai dealer nearest me charges $38.95)
3. Dealership not only puts Nitrogen in the tires, but will refill the tires with Nitrogen at no cost, whenever you need it. Also enrolled me in N2now.
www.n2now.com for tire insurance and coupons. No extra cost for this.
4. Purchased a couple parts and accessories from their Parts Department and am very happy with their parts man (Richard) who bent over backward to make me happy.
5. Orlando Hyundai does not put a "Dealer Sticker" (Dealer Name) on the trunk like most dealers. They do put a dealer license plate frame on the rear plate, but I replaced it with my favorate frame. Also, because Florida does not use a front plate, none of their cars in stock have the front plate mount mounted on the car. I told them not to mount it, just place it in the trunk, and that is exactly what they did.
I guess I got lucky (so far) with Orlando Hyundai. Did I mention that I'm very happy with them?
