OVER BOOST?

Hi I don’t know much about cars but I really want to do a custom exhaust on my 2013 genesis coupe 2.0t I was looking to do possibly 3” pipes and deleting my resonator, cats and muffler but I was wondering if it will cause my car to over boost and if over boosting is bad, as well as the price range that would be? Everything in my car is stock just got it and I don’t have enough for a brand name system I just want great sound and if power gains are there great!

Just to say this, I have catless downpipe, and an after market excyldene catback exhaust with and Injen air intake and my car over boosts constantly and I’ve been trying to fix the problem for 3 months.
