  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I logged onto my account on Connected Services today, which helpfully summarized my cars lifetime history. Anyone else have over a million miles driven in less than six months ownership? ;-) Obviously I teasing. The car has just over 3000 miles. Not sure why their info is wrong... it was correct several weeks ago.

Congratulations! You should send this to Scotty Kilmer.

Mine sent an urgent service appointment when the car was 2 moths old and had less than 2K miles. And that was after unchecking the service reminders. I had to call, and it was fixed. Noticed my profile said 'G80' at some other place, and I've never had one. Go figure. I never rely on that, by the way.

For the record, Genesis closed the support ticket after they fixed this issue. The web site now reports the correct odometer reading. So, all's well now.
