I would like to start a thread of experiences with this dealer.
Curious to see what other people have experienced with them?

I've had 3 cars with them and am now dealing with an issue with the Inspection Report for my recently returned 2014 Equus.
They promised to pay any damages, which was agreed in the negotiations for my 2018 G80 Sport.
Now HMF has put me into collection because it's 60 days old, the the GM said it would be paid back in early Dec.
Further, my Equus was in perfect condition when it was returned, we actually did a walk around.
The Inspection Service/Report was done 10 days after my car was returned and after it had been taken by trailer to some lot. I'm sure one of the damages was caused by them.
Thoughts on this dealer...Inspections?

Lawyer? 10 days is unacceptable and you should have gotten things in writing.

The dealer came through with a check for the full amount of the Vehicle Damage Report.
So all good with them!
