Part #81800-B1000 controls what aspect of vehicle?

Part #81800-B1000. Does this module control the smart trunk and smart doors? Can't find what all this module is responsible for. Does anyone know exactly what this module does for the vehicle?

The service manual shows it only being involved with the power trunk and the beeper in the rear of the car. It doesn't appear to have anything to do with the doors.

Do you know where the SMK module is located in your diagram? Or is that just the fuse?

Looks like it is under the dash.
