  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Had my car in for it's first oil change, last month, and I was impressed by the way I was treated. When you buy a car from them, the first oil change is free, and only $10, after that. I wanted to go with a full synthetic, so they told me that there would be a $6 a quart upcharge, totaling $36, tax included.
Not only did they finish in about 40-45 minutes, but they did a full hand wash of the car. I asked beforehand, and was ready to tell then to skip the wash if it was a machine wash, but was surprised at the hand wash part.
Not sure if in the future, I'll bring my own oil, or not. ($36 for oil isn't a bad price), But if I don't, the oil change will only cost $46. ($36 + $10)

I give the dealer a 9 out of 10....(I don't give 10's to anybody)
