  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I just installed the pedal commander on my 2011 Genesis 4.6 V8 . Already had the PCR ( PERFORMANCE CHIP TUNING ) and COLD AIR INTAKE . Has anyone else added the pedal commander to similar upgrades ? If yes ? What results did you get ? Mine does seem quicker but it seems like for the best result I have to roll on the throttle instead of just flooring it . Could it be the transmission not able to read the input fast enough ?

I have the Sprint Booster, but the same issue. You only have to press the pedal about halfway to gain full throttle. Flooring the pedal usually results in you activating the kick down switch which bogs down the engine especially from a stand-still.

You may also have to switch off your ECS/Traction control for a proper launch since the systems will cut power as well for safety.
