Piece under the front end 2015 3.8

Has anyone else had a problem with the "wearing out" of the cover that is in the front end...the one they have to take off to do an oil change. (If anyone knows what that piece is called if would be helpful too.) I had my old changed last week and they (as has been done previously) put the cover back on with some plastic ties. I was about 40 miles from home yesterday and heard something that sounded like rocks hitting the underside. Then when I slowed down you could hear it "flapping." I was coming up to a very small town and found a "one stall" business and pulled in... He didn't have a rack, but jacked the car up but couldn't reattach. I asked him if he could take it off --and he did.
Does anyone know I can get a replacement at an Auto Zone type store or will it have to be with a dealer. And, has anyone fixed the issue and if so---HOW?

You'll need to order from an online Hyundai parts store. Dealer price is usually double. They are pricey - make sure you check several of them because the shipping on a few is outrageous. Be prepared to pay several hundred dollars.
