Went looking for the male plug (Pigtail) that fits the H8 bulbs that we use for Fog lights. (That pigtail also fits H9 bulbs). Not only can't I find them at either Auto Zone, Advance Auto or even a regular Auto Parts Store, they can't even look it up by H8 (or H9). They don't have the Genesis listed in their manuals, and I can't tell them other cars that take this bulb and pigtail. Think I'll try NAPA next.
I may have to go to the dealer and order them from him. My dealers parts department gives me a break on prices, but I thought I would be able to get them more local.
I want the pigtails because I don't want to cut out the stock male plug for the fog lights. I want to purchase the pigtales, a relay and a switch so I can get the fog lights to light without having the headlights on. (If I can, I would connect it so that they will come on when the parking lights are on). If I ever go to resell the car, I can just replug the stock male plug back in to convert back to the Headlight on for fogs. (Stupid the way Hyundai did this).
