Playing flac or other hi res music 1st gen base

Is there a way to play flac or other hi res file thru blue tooth USB or aux input ?

You can play any format you want and stream to Bluetooth but you are limited to BT specs which I believe was 2.0 in 1st gen? I used to plug my high-res player in through Aux and it sounded far better than any other source but no control over player. If you are a DIY'er look at https://github.com/xtensa/PodEmu which lets Android device emulate IPod to take advantage of built in IPod interface.

Yes, use Line-Out function for best quality. Fiio X5 Gen 2 is what I used.
