Please help with 2011 Genesis

I have experienced (2x now) that when I start my car, all the lights on the dash turn on and the car is trying to start but instead makes a turn-over noise continuously until it finally starts. After it starts, I noticed the car drives differently. Once I take my foot off the brake, the car plunges forward before I press the gas peddle and it is slow to accelerate once I do. I took a video of what occurred the second time because the dealership always wants to duplicate the issue and any issue I have had with this car is intermittent and never occurs at the dealership service center. I had the alternator replaced several years ago. I've sent the video to our mechanic and am waiting for a response. I like to do some research before I am told what the problem is. Car has 80,000 miles on it. The video is too large for the server to send. Please advise if you have experienced or are familiar with this problem.
