  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Members of the Pontiac Solstice and Sky car clubs visited General Motors' Boxwood Road plant to pay their respects to the manufacturer that produced their beloved cars. The plant was expected to roll out the last Solstice on its line this morning, which marks the closing of the plant.

AND YOU WONDER WHY GM IS ALMOST DEAD!!

In 1988, after a few bumps and starts, GM rolled out the 88 model of the Pontiac Fiero, it had proper brakes, revised suspenion, and more powerful engine, what a car. What did they do with this fine car? Cancel it!!

Then they release an abotion, the Pontiac Aztek!

Now the Sky!!

GM is and always will be run by inbread idots, more intrested in the bottom line!

We have some of the greatest, manufacturing people, Engineers and designers in THE WORLD, when is sombody going to let they do their job?

Perhaps Tata of India will.

Shame.. I really liked the Sky.. I Solstice was okay.. It should have been a new Fiero - and it should have looked the part. It would have been unique. As it stood, it was just another Mazda Miata...

I had a 2007 Sky Redline(turbo) I loved it.Sad to see such a great little car thrown out with yesterdays trash.I love my Genesis coupe, but that little Sky will always have a special place in my heart.
