I have just bought a used 2019 G70 and wish to have “Genesis Connected” services - how do Ingo about this?

I'm not sure exactly how it works (if at all) when buying used. You may need to get in touch with the previous own and see if he/she can transfer stuff over to you on the website?

There are a couple of threads here on how to do it. Do a search and you should find them. At a minimum, you need the VIN and some sort of proof you own the car.

I have those so I’ll try calling Genesis. Just hoping no issues with previous owner still on their records.

I have those so I’ll try calling Genesis. Just hoping no issues with previous owner still on their records.

When you call and register you can "boot" any previous registered persons off off Genesis Connected Services, or more specifically they will do it and overwrite. You can see in your car through the Genesis Connected Services settings what name the car is under.

Thanks again - just got off phone with connected servicesI have to email proof of ownership to Hyundai Canada then follow up with call and they will delete old owner stuff and confirm me. Also transfer of warranty...
Looks like it will work soon.
