I scheduled my regular maintenance service for my 2021 G80 online, with MyGenesis, for a date and time eight days later, The valet didn't show, I called the dealership and was told they don't always see the valet appointments made online. Same thing happened with the same dealership in the past year. I called national Genesis customer service and was told I can schedule regular drop-off service online, but not valet service, because dealerships may not see the appointment. The system is not reliable for valet appointments. Genesis is the best car I've every owned (including Lexus and Mercedes), but this is NOT a characteristic of a top luxury car brand.
