  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I just installed the 2020 Navigation update (V14). After it loaded the screen display was in beige and white. All color was gone except for Points of interest. In addition, the button for auto magnification was gone. Is this normal or was the installation corrupted?

On the map screen you can use the menu to change the colors.

Just got word from Genesis. These new muted (and ugly) color schemes are part of the update. Apparently they've had so many complaints that they plan to release a new update in the Spring.

I just updated mine last week. Don't mind the colors, it is definitely low key. I have had the system crash and restart multiple times since the update and don't recall the last time that happened. Hopefully it stops doing that.

I used the Nav last week and could not tell the difference between the suggested route versus alternate without really looking at the screen for a minute because of the color scheme. I also hope they give us back the presets to Sirius XM, which allowed presets to be in order of preference and not by channel number.
