Had Hankocks tires replaced with Conti's about 10,000 miles ago and had had no problems till I picked up a nail a few days ago. First noticed slow pressure drop so took to walmart to have it checked. They found nail and dismounted tire to patch, then informed me because of foam lining they couldn't patch. Any suggestions or anyone have similar experience?

They evidently can be patched so take it to a real tire shop that is a Conti dealer.

I had a nail hole in one of my rear tires patched at the dealership. I have the Procontact TX replacements for the 5.0, which are probably the same that you have. Total cost was $27.75.

My dealer picked up the tab for a new tire under warranty because the factory recall on the Handnok tires.
