hello. I am the owner of a 2015 hyundai genesis 3.8 ultimate living in Virginia.
I have a problem with the right washer arm. We visited Hyundai Service in Chantilly, Virginia.
I got the service on June 3rd, 2022.
But a few days ago, I heard a noise from the floor, and while I was looking at the car, there was no right fender liner. As a result, it was the sound of the under body splash shield breaking in half and hitting the floor.
I made an appointment with the service center the next day and I told them that this happened because they forgot to install the fender liner, so I asked them to have it repaired.
After about 2 hours, the service center replied that we had never removed the fender liner and that they could not repair it for free.
I bought this car from Chantilly Hyundai and always had repairs done here. I'm Korean and I'm not good at English, I'm writing this here because I'm so sad and frustrated after coming home.
