pump/actuator turning on and off while driving started after Break booster and master cylinder replacement

After having my brake booster and master cylinder replaced. (Hyundai Genesis 2013. 3.8 Sedan) when I accelerate I am hearing something turning on and off. sound like a small motor/actuator/or pump. it last for a few seconds turns off while driving. have anyone experience this? HELP!
