  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just purchased my jb4 and had a few questions that I couldn’t find online. I have a ‘19 G70 3.3t AWD currently am running the burger motor intake and oil catch can, I also have a custom exhaust and midpipe. I was wondering what gains I will see with these mods? Can I run e85 on lap4? Should I still consider getting lap3? Any other suggestions would be helpful!

Hard to say what gains you will have without a dyno. The alternative way: got access to a Dragy or a drag strip? Do a 1/4 mile run and note your trap speed at the 1/8th and 1/4tr mile marks. Compare to your stock speeds.

With just the JB4, you can add E85 to your 93 octane to target an E30 mix. That will get you a lot of the octane gain while not asking for more fuel than what your stock HPFP can deliver.

If you want to go all out, here’s where I ended up (best value for $):
JB4 with Charge Pipe Injection (you have the JB4, CPI full kit is about $820)
BMS Back End Flash to be able to run straight E85 and take full advantage of the octane rating. $520 for the SXTH EK1mini needed to load the BEF, plus $75 for the BEF file. The EK1mini gets tied to your VIN.
BMS TCU Alpha flash for $75, and you use your EK1mini to load it.

Don’t bother with getting an ECU flash from anyone else, you’ll spend at least 2-3X the money for MAYBE a little more power.
