I noticed that myself the last time Jogged in online. Looks like they added a security level. You might be able to disable it in your personal settings on the web page, but probably not.
PS, these are very common. sometimes you just have to check the box and others you must do the puzzle.

Click on EVERY bock that contains any part of the thing written at the top.

Thank you Mcc. It takes 1 to 10 times to get in. My wife and I were wonder why they need security that drastic. it is only a car forum. I don't think that we would need this much security. If this was a bank I could understand .

You will get better at it with practice.
Remember if they guess your password they have your VIN and control of a lot of functions of your car. CAPTCHA slows the bots down.

The owner's site is not a forum. If you have connected services active, you can start the car from that site, and you can get its current location. That would seem to justify some security measures.

If you don't like the puzzle they put up there, you can skip that one and get another one. Sometimes that helps.
