  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello everyone

At the moment of starting the Genesis 3.8 appears a security central screen in which you must press the accept button

Someone knows the system for this warning to disappear or simply disable it ??

Thanks

There is a good system. Just touch AGREE/ACCEPT every time you start the car.

Thanks, but i know it´s possible disable this

I star the car more times every day, but thanks

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I haven't heard of any way to disable and I've had the same warning in multiple cars of different brands. Perhaps you can find a way to turn it off in the engineering mode recently discussed in another thread?

Yes, indeed, but I do not know exactly which part of the vehicle's engineering should be this option, and disable it in other cars
If I find a solution myself, I'll put it here.
Thank you

Perhaps my car is different, but the warning on my 2015 Genesis disappears in about 10 seconds after starting. I do not interact with the warning at all.

Resolved

Login to Menu

Enter Display

Search Screen of agreement

Check the box on this screen

Automatically this screen jumps to the 5 seconds without needing to accept

Thank you all

Best regards

Not meaning to be critical, but those directions are about as easy to understand as differential calculus in Swahili.

On my '15 Ultimate w/ the DIS system, press the "Home" button, choose "Settings", scroll down to "General", choose "Display", and on the bottom of left side of the screen check the box "Agreement Screen". On the right side of the screen, it will inform you that the start up agreement screen will disappear after 10 seconds.

p.s. Speaking of calculus, here's the joke of the day :

Q: Why should you never do calculus while consuming alcoholic beverages?

A: Because it's not safe to drink and derive.
